Pet Policy
Andante is a pet-friendly building! All pets on the premises must be recorded on a residential lease. There is no additional deposit required for a pet to live at Andante. There is a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet and a limit of two pets per unit. While we do not have breed restrictions, we may ask you to provide a written recommendation from a veterinarian or trainer that your pet’s temperament is well-suited for apartment dwelling. Of course, you are expected to be respectful of other residents when in common spaces with your pet, use designated areas for pet relief, and ALWAYS clean up after your pet.
